• Slight variations in size, color, or pattern may occur due to the artisanal nature of the products.
• Custom or personalized orders are final and non-refundable.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways.
• Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Orders & Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of unavailability, error in product description, or incorrect pricing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide from Morocco using trusted carriers.
• Estimated delivery times: Europe: 5–14 business days | USA: 4–10 business days.
• Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates only and delays beyond our control may occur.

6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, reported within 7 days of receipt.

Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable.
